DESCRIPTION:Who should attend Those new to coaching or wanting to refresh their coaching knowledge. Perhaps also those who have been coaching unaccredited in an alternative environment and wish to accredit their expertise formally. Participants must hold a WWCC and be a minimum of 14 years or older. They have some background to the content as they have completed the Community Coaching Essential Skills Online Course\, Safeguarding Children and Young People in Sport Induction Online Course\, and the Inclusive Coaching online course. They may also be shadowing a mentor coach\, learning the art of coaching. \nCourse Outline\nWhen a new club or business commences in our sector\, it often needs some help accrediting its coaching staff to get started. This course can fill that gap and offers the first step towards achieving an RGA Coaching Accreditation. RGA will present this course inside your club or business and introduce the first step in using the RGA Coach Accreditation framework. The course follows the ASC Community Coaching Essentials online course and links the theory to practical application in the gymnastics setting. The presenter will cover skills across the range of apparatus in your setting.  \nCourse Outcomes Following the course\, coaches can be assessed for competency coaching at the Bronze or Silver accreditation level. The program offers an intensive learning environment for the participants in your venue. Participants can review the theoretical information\, experience the practical application\, and be assessed for their applied competency. Depending on the participant’s initial knowledge\, extra hands-on practice may be required following the course to achieve accreditation. \nWhy invest in sending your team to this program?
