DESCRIPTION:✅ Arrive 15 minutes early to check in and find your team\n✅ Come ready in uniform with a drink bottle\n✅ Allow time for parking & prep — traffic and parking may be busy! \n1 free spectator ticket per athlete (must enter together and check in) \n\nAll additional tickets must be pre-purchased by 5PM on Thursday before the event\nIf you are a spectator in multiple sessions\, you must purchase tickets for each session\, one ticket does not cover all sessions.\nTickets do not always mean a seat is available; some seating areas may have obstructed views.\nPlease ensure you offer seats to elderly\, pregnant women or those nursing a child.\nPlease show respect at all times to each others\, officials\, athletes and coaches.\nTickets are non-transferable or refundable – please be careful when purchasing your session tickets.\nNo tickets at the door – this is non-negotiable for safety reasons\nAdults: $10 | Kids (4–12yrs): $5 | Under 4: Free (must sit on lap)\n\n📌 Entry Reminders: \n\nDoors open 15 minutes before each session and will close 5 minutes after warm-up begins (our team have an emergency evacuation plan in place should it be required)\nAthletes arriving late must report directly to the Floor Manager.\nWe cannot guarantee entry once doors are closed\, as they will not be manned.\n\n🛍️ Merchandise will be available on the day – support your athlete with a keepsake or gift!\n📣 Bring your signs & pom poms – we LOVE a cheer squad!\n📸 Photography: \n\nOnly take photos of your own child\nNo filming of other athletes – this is a child safety rule\nPost-event happy snaps? Go for it!
