At RGA, we believe every great coach deserves the opportunity to grow, excel, and achieve their full potential. That’s why we’ve designed our Coach Education Framework – a clear, structured pathway that empowers you to build a rewarding coaching career, whether you’re just starting out or looking to advance to the highest levels.
Our framework offers two tailored pathways:
Whether you’re new to coaching or a seasoned pro, we’ve got a level that fits your experience and ambition:
For those coaches looking to continue growing and pursuing even greater career opportunities, our Platinum Coach Accreditation offers an exciting pathway for further development. This optional program is designed for coaches who are ready to step into leadership roles and requires an additional subscription based on the number of Platinum coaches at your club.
At RGA, we understand that many coaches come with valuable experience and qualifications from other accreditation programs. That’s why we offer a Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL) process, designed to acknowledge and credit the skills and knowledge coaches bring into the RGA community. Our RPL process allows experienced coaches to transition seamlessly into our system, ensuring they don’t have to start from scratch. By assessing their previous qualifications and practical experience, we provide a streamlined pathway for coaches to gain RGA accreditation, saving time and helping them get to work faster. Whether you’re joining us from another program or bringing years of experience, RGA is committed to supporting your continued growth and success in the movement-based industry.
