
Spectators
Please ensure you are purchasing the correct ticket. No refunds or transfers will be processed.
You will receive the session times and days from your club.
- Each athlete’s entry includes one free spectator. All additional spectators must purchase a ticket via the event ticket link.
- On arrival, the spectator entering as the free spectator must present with the athlete to be marked off and enter into the venue.
- The free ticket is only valid for that athletes session. Siblings competing in other sessions must hold a spectator ticket.
- Ticket pricing: $10 per adult, $5 per child (ages 4–12). Children under 4 are free but must sit on a parent/guardian’s lap and do not occupy a separate seat.
- Tickets do not guarantee a seat. Chairs, benches, and standing areas are considered in the venue capacity. Spectators are asked to allow elderly, nursing, or disabled attendees to be seated.
- Some viewing may be obstructed, and athletes will move around the venue. Not all apparatus will have a clear view from spectator areas. Spectators are asked to respect the environment and fellow attendees.
- Ticket sales open at the release of the final work order and close at 4pm on the Thursday before the event, or when sold out.
- No additional tickets will be released, and there are no refunds, exchanges, or transfers. Please ensure you purchase the correct session for your athlete.
- Futures League will not respond to enquiries regarding ticketing from spectators or clubs.
- Spectators are not to enter the competition floor at any time unless given approval from the Senior Official on the day.
- It is the responsibility of the clubs entering to ensure their parents are aware of the ticketing and rules for spectators. Change of session times is the responsibility of the club to communicate and arrange spectator ticket changes not the responsibility of RGA and Futures League.
- No communication will be entered into with families from RGA and Futures League. It is the responsibility of the club to communicate to families directly.
- Spectators are only permitted to take photographs and video of their athlete, it is prohibited to have any other athlete in photos/videos and Futures League staff will be monitoring social media accounts. Photos/Videos of awards presentation will need to be done quickly as we will not hold up the proceedings for photos, group photos after the event must be taken outside of the venue as a quick exit will be conducted with officials teams to allow for next session or closing of event.
