Exciting News for the Movement Industry: Join the Futures League Program!

The movement industry is about to experience a major shift with the Futures League Program. Whether you’re part of a Ninja, Parkour, FreeG, Gymnastics, Tumble, Cheer, or Acro club, this program is designed to offer something for everyone—across New South Wales, Victoria, Western Australia, and Queensland. The Futures League is all about celebrating movement, competition, and community—without the limitations. Clubs and athletes from various disciplines can now come together to compete and showcase their talents in a way that’s inclusive and exciting. Here’s why the Futures League Program is the next big thing and why your club should get involved:

What’s on Offer?
Our Dynamos Division is perfect for kids involved in Ninja, Parkour, and FreeG. Power Division is ideal for athletes engaged in traditional WAG, Gymstar, and gymnastics. The Forces Division caters to those in MAG, Gymstar, or traditional gymnastics. Kids who focus on Tumble and Team Sports can enter the Flips Division, while the Flyer Division is specifically for those doing Cheer and Acro.No matter your sport, there’s a division that fits. And here’s the kicker: Regardless of which association your club is affiliated with, you can still participate. This truly makes it a national movement celebration, uniting athletes from all corners of the industry.

Why Should Clubs Get Involved?
We know that your athletes are always seeking fresh opportunities to challenge themselves. The Futures League Program provides that and more. By participating, you’ll not only give your members the chance to compete, but you’ll also introduce them to a wider community of athletes from different backgrounds, opening doors for cross-discipline growth and collaboration. Early Bird Entries Now Open!
The excitement doesn’t stop there! Early bird entries are now open, which guarantees your club a spot in these highly sought-after events across all states. It’s a fantastic way to secure your place and lock in the schedule so your families can all start planning around comp season. Don’t wait too long—these events are bound to fill up quickly! If you’re looking for more information about the program, our Futures Membership, or need assistance with our Event Packs (for clubs that are too remote to attend local events or clubs who want to run in house events), our team is ready and excited to help. Reach out to us at futures@recreationalgymnasticsaustralia.com.au and we’ll be happy to answer your questions.

A Call to Action for Event Officials!
But wait, there’s more! You don’t have to be actively involved in a club to contribute to this exciting new movement. If your movement days are behind you, you can still be a part of the action by becoming an Event Official. This is a fantastic opportunity for anyone who wants to play a key role in ensuring events are run with high energy, professionalism, and a whole lot of fun. As an Event Official, you’ll have the unique chance to witness incredible routines, keep the atmosphere lively, and—yes—get paid by RGA. Even better, clubs are not required to provide their own judges for the events, as RGA will supply them. This ensures that the judging process remains impartial and promotes a more inclusive competition environment.

What Are You Waiting For
The Futures League Program is the perfect opportunity to get involved in a dynamic and exciting movement community. So whether you’re a club looking to compete or an individual eager to contribute as an Event Official, now is the time to get your entries and applications in. Don’t miss out—secure your spot today and be a part of something special. Together, we can elevate the movement industry and set the stage for a new era of competition and collaboration!
